1. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellation requests can be made before the booking is confirmed or before a technician is assigned.
  • Once our technician has started the service process or reached the customer location, cancellation may not be accepted.
  • For advance bookings, customers are advised to cancel at least a few hours before the scheduled appointment time.
2. Refund Policy

  • Complete Refund:
  • • Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled before the service process begins.

  • Limited Refund:
  • • If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable service or visit charges.

  • Refund Not Applicable:
  • • Refunds will not be issued after the service has been successfully completed.

    • Inspection fees, visiting charges, or diagnostic charges once incurred are non-refundable.

    👉 As a service-oriented business, refunds may be restricted once resources, technician time, or service operations have already been allocated.

3. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • Any advance amount paid during booking will be adjusted in the final service invoice.
  • Once the repair or installation work has started, the advance payment will not be refundable.
4. Customer Support & Service Concerns

  • If you face any issue with our service, please contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours after service completion.
  • After reviewing the concern, we may provide:
    • Service correction or revisit
    • Partial refund, if applicable under company policy
5. Services Not Eligible for Refund

The following services and charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Repair or installation services that have already been completed
  • Urgent, emergency, or same-day service bookings
  • Spare parts, accessories, or materials after successful installation
6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days
  • The refund amount may be transferred through:
    1. Original payment source
    2. Bank transfer or UPI payment
